Returnplast, part of Sturdy Products Ltd., is a licensed facility for plastic disposal, regrind, and refurbishment.
Only medium density polyethylene (MDPE) is recycled, used in bins, tanks, barriers, toys, and bottle banks.
Recycling meets the Waste Management Act 1996. Certificates available on request.
Process:

Plastic is collected and brought to the factory.

It’s cut into smaller pieces.

Pieces are granulated into plastic chips.

Chips are used as-is or ground into ‘jazz’ (fine powder).
